AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

     AMEND on line 151 by inserting the following language after the period:  "For the purposes of calculating a taxpayer's estimated sales tax liability for the month of June of the current calendar year, the taxpayer does not have to include taxes due on  sales made by the taxpayer for which the taxpayer has not received payment before June 20."

     AMEND FURTHER the title by adding the following language after the semicolon on line 5:  "TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN CALCULATING THE ESTIMATED SALES TAX LIABILITY FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE, A TAXPAYER DOES NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE TAXES DUE ON SALES MADE BY THE TAXPAYER FOR WHICH THE TAXPAYER HAS NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT BEFORE THE TWENTIETH DAY OF JUNE;"
