House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2978

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by inserting the following between lines 356 and 357:

     "(r)  Any wildlife rehabilitator that is licensed by a federal or state agency performing duties in accordance with its licensure authority."
