AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI, DUBARD SCHOOL FOR LANGUAGE DISORDERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute from any available funds, not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during fiscal year 2005-2006, to the University of Southern Mississippi, DuBard School for Language Disorders.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
