AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Panola County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) annually during calendar years 2005, 2006 and 2007, out of any available funds of the county, to the local Boys and Girls Club. In addition, the board may provide the use of county-owned buildings on a rent-free basis, insurance, utilities, transportation and any other form of assistance that the board deems in the best interest of the clubs and the citizens of Panola County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
