AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BOLIVAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BOLIVAR COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Bolivar County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute
One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) during calendar years 2005, 2006 and 2007 to the Bolivar County Economic Development District.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
