AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES HEADSTART PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to the Institute of Community Services (ICS) Headstart Program for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of a bus or buses to serve the program.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
