     AMEND on line 52 and lines 54 and 55 by deleting the word and figure "two (2)" and inserting the word and figure "four (4)"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 9 by inserting the following after the semicolon:  "TO FURTHER AMEND SECTION 43-1-2, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXPAND THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE JOINT OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE;"
