House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2004

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 5 by inserting the following before the word "Any":  "(1)"

     AMEND FURTHER after line 16 by inserting the following:

     "(2)  A physician shall only charge normal, reasonable and customary charges for a deposition related to a patient that the physician is treating or has treated."

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 2 by inserting the following after the semicolon:  "TO REQUIRE REASONABLE CHARGES FOR DEPOSITIONS;"
