AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Senate Bill No. 3097

     AMEND by inserting a new Section 2 and renumbering subsequent sections.  Section 2 shall read as follows:

SECTION 2.  In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury to the credit of the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid, which is comprised of special source funds collected by or otherwise available to the division, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the division, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004... $ 225,000,000.00.
