     AMEND line 20 by inserting after the word "or ordinance" the following:  "or policy"

     FURTHER, amend on lines 34 and 36 through 37 by changing "ten (10) days" to "five (5) days"

     FURTHER, amend on line 58 by changing "ordinance which exceeds" to "ordinance or adopting procedures which exceed"

     FURTHER, amend the title on line 1 to change "ENACT BY ORDINANCE" TO "PROVIDE"
