     AMEND by inserting the following after line 109 and renumbering:

     SECTION *.  Section 43-20-12, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

     43-20-12.  All fees collected by the State Board of Health under this chapter and any penalties collected by the board for violations of this chapter shall be deposited into the State General Fund * * *.

     FURTHER, amend the title by inserting the following after the semicolon on line 4:

TO AMEND SECTION 43-20-12, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT FEES COLLECTED BY THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH FOR CHILD CARE LICENSURE SHALL BE DEPOSITED INTO THE STATE GENERAL FUND;
