House Concurrent Resolution No.    2

     Amend by striking all after the resolving clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 

That a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate shall be held in the House of Representatives at 12:00 o'clock noon on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, for the Inauguration and to hear the message of Governor Haley Barbour.

     Further, amend by striking the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 

     A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE ON JANUARY 13, 2004, FOR THE INAUGURATION AND TO HEAR THE MESSAGE OF GOVERNOR HALEY BARBOUR.
