     AMEND on line 13 by deleting the figure "(1)", and by deleting lines 31 through 39 in their entirety.

     AMEND FURTHER on lines 57 and 58 by deleting the following language: "other than health care purchasers licensed to do business in Mississippi,"

     AMEND FURTHER by inserting a period after the word "suppliers" on line 77 and deleting all of the language that follows through the period on line 79.

     AMEND FURTHER by deleting lines 86 through 95 in their entirety.

     AMEND FURTHER on line 174 by inserting the word "or" after the semicolon; on line 176 by changing the semicolon to a period; and by deleting lines 177 through 180 in their entirety.
