AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No.  663

     AMEND ON LINE 73 after the period by inserting the following language:  "In addition, the school attendance officers shall provide figures and information reflecting the number of students by school district that were adjudicated to Oakley or Columbia Training School and the number of days the student attended the training school within a school year to the State Department of Education no later than June 15 of each year to be included in the State Department of Education's annual report."

     AMEND FURTHER ON LINE 76 by striking the word "July" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "August"

     AMEND FURTHER ON LINE 31 after the word "reenacted" by inserting "and amended"

     AMEND FURTHER the Title to conform.
