House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2896

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by adding the following new subsection (5) on line 19:

     (5)  The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks shall declare open season on wild hogs as defined in subsection (3) three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year or three hundred sixty-six (366) days in a leap year with any kind of gun or ammunition.
