A RESOLUTION TO AMEND HOUSE RULE 15 OF THE 2004-2008 RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO ENTITLE EACH MEMBER OF THE HOUSE TO SPONSOR FOUR PAGES DURING EACH REGULAR SESSION.

     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That Rule 15 of the 2004-2008 Rules of the House of Representatives is amended as follows:

DUTIES OF THE CLERK

     15.  Each member of the House is entitled to sponsor four (4) pages during each regular legislative session.  Pages shall be appointed to serve for one (1) week at a time each, under the control and direction of the Clerk of the House, and only persons over the age of thirteen (13) years shall be eligible to serve as pages.  The Management Committee may provide other requirements related to the service of pages.
