AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2904

                             By Senator(s) Gordon

     AMEND by inserting after line 15 the following and renumbering subsequent section(s) accordingly:

     SECTION 2.  In addition to all other sums heretofore appropriated, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury to the credit of the Governor's Office - Division of Medicaid, which is comprised of special source funds collected by or otherwise available to the division, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the division, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003$    129,000,000.00.
