AMENDMENT No. 1 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1533

                             By Senator(s) Chaney

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 18:

None of the funds appropriated under Section 1 and Section 2 of this act shall be expended by the Office of Attorney General until the Attorney General of the State of Mississippi files a certified report with the State Auditor itemizing all bank accounts and balances of such accounts which are maintained by the Office of the Attorney General or the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi, Inc., outside of the State Treasury, including but not limited to any court-ordered tobacco settlement monies, court-ordered gas refund settlement monies, and any other monies paid to the Attorney General pursuant to litigation agreement, and all such funds shall be verified and subject to audit by the State Auditor.  The State Auditor shall immediately forward this report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.
