AMEND No. 2 to SUB 1 FOR AMEND No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1036

                             By Senator(s) Chaney

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 139:

     (3)  In addition to the amounts transferred to the Budget Contingency Fund in this act, a sum up to Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) from any court-ordered settlement or from other payments received by the Office of the Attorney General as the result of tobacco litigation shall be transferred into the Budget Contingency Fund throughout the period beginning upon passage of this act and through June 30, 2003.
