AMENDMENT No. 1 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2756

                             By Representative(s) Wells-Smith

     AMEND after line 465 by inserting the following as Section 14 and by renumbering succeeding sections:

     SECTION 14.  The provisions of this act shall not apply to any provider of Internet service engaged in the lawful performance of activities related to providing Internet services.

     AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
