     AMEND line 12 by inserting the following after the word "with":  "a nondivisible load having";

     AMEND FURTHER by deleting the words and figures "Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00)" on lines 15 and 16 and by inserting the following in lieu thereof:  "Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00)".
