AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2313

                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND on line 71 by inserting the following language after the period:  "Any unused portion of the total personal leave allowance up to five (5) days shall be carried over to the next school year and credited to such licensed employee if the licensed employee remains employed in the same school district."

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 4 by inserting the following language after the semicolon: "TO ALLOW TEACHERS TO ACCUMULATE PERSONAL LEAVE FROM YEAR TO YEAR UP TO FIVE DAYS;"
