AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TISHOMINGO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE COUNTY FUNDS DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2003 TO THE LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) during calendar year 2003, from any available funds of the county, to the local Boys and Girls Clubs.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
