AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HANCOCK COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE "SAVE OUR CHILDREN" ORGANIZATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Hancock County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) during the 2003 calendar year, out of any available funds of the county, to "Save Our Children," a nonprofit organization in Hancock County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
