AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO RAYMOND A. WRIGHT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Raymond A. Wright of Harrison County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his conviction of armed robbery in Harrison County, Mississippi, in 1976; for the crime of escape in Sunflower County, Mississippi, in 1980; and for the crime of grand larceny in Harrison County, Mississippi, in 1985; and who has completed the penalty and any conditions imposed upon him for such convictions. The Legislature has been reliably informed that he is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
