     AMEND by inserting the following after line 360:

In addition to any award for punitive damages, any defendant found to have committed gross negligence shall be ordered by the court to repay to the State General Fund any and all state general obligation or revenue bond proceeds or tax credits or deductions provided to the defendant by act of the Legislature.
