                             Senate Bill NO. 2011

                             By Senator(s) Blackmon, Simmons, Williamson

     AMEND by inserting after line 656 the following and renumbering subsequent section(s) accordingly:

     SECTION *.  If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or any part of this act is declared to be unconstitutional, the State of Mississippi shall reimburse to the plaintiff or plaintiffs in the case their reasonable attorney's fees incurred in bringing the action.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
