AMENDMENT No. 19 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 2

                             By Senator(s) Walls

     AMEND by inserting after line ___ the following new section and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:

     SECTION *.  There shall be a presumption that any person who is not gainfully employed in order to care for children in the home and who is severely injured or killed shall have suffered an actual economic loss of not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
