     AMEND lines 292 and 293 by striking "(6), (8) and (9)" and inserting in lieu thereof "(6) and (8)"

     AMEND further, line 298, by striking "(2) and (6)" and inserting in lieu there of "(2), (6) and (8)"

     AMEND further by striking the language beginning on line 327 with the word "against" through the word "involve" on line 334 and inserting in lieu thereof the word "involving"

     AMEND further by striking lines 348 through 361 in their entirety and renumbering the succeeding subsection.
