     AMEND line 37 by inserting the following before the word "the":

     FURTHER, AMEND line 38 by placing a comma after the word "State" and insert the following thereafter:

in cooperation with county election officials,

     FURTHER, AMEND line 49 by striking "commissioners of election of each county" and insert in lieu thereof:  appropriate county election officials

     FURTHER, AMEND line 57 by striking the word "Implement" and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Retain all present functionality relating to the use of voter roll data and implement

     FURTHER, AMEND line 59 by inserting the following after the word "records":

and related jury selection and redistricting programs

     FURTHER, AMEND lines 75 and 76 by striking "county commissioners of election" and insert in lieu thereof the following:

the appropriate county election officials

     FURTHER, AMEND line 78 by inserting the word "appropriate" after the word "Provide" and by striking the words "and state".

     FURTHER, AMEND line 79 by inserting a comma after the word "duties" and insert the following thereafter:

including, but not limited to, exclusive access for the purpose of printing of all local pollbooks

     FURTHER, AMEND lines 83 and 84 by striking "commissioners of election" and inserting in lieu thereof:  the appropriate county election officials

     FURTHER, AMEND line 84 by inserting the following after the word "precinct":

     FURTHER, AMEND line 93 by striking "a majority" and inserting in lieu thereof:  seventy-five percent (75%)
