AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             Senate Bill NO. 2324

                             By Senator(s) Dearing

     AMEND by striking lines 34 and 35 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     (3)  The provisions of this section may be enforced by a court of competent jurisdiction.

     FURTHER, amend line 6 of the title by inserting the following after the semicolon:

TO PROVIDE THAT COURTS OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION MAY ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION;
