     AMEND by striking lines 88 through 106 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     DISTRICT 12

     Bolivar County:  Gunnison, West Rosedale, Pace, Benoit, Scott, East Rosedale, Pleasant Green, Beulah,Northwest Cleveland, West Central Cleveland, Duncan/Alligator, Shelby, Roundlake/Deeson, Merigold, North Cleveland and Cleveland Courthouse Precincts.

     Washington County:  Extension Building, Swiftwater Baptist Church, Buster Brown Community Center, Arcola City Hall, Faith Lutheran Church, Kapco Co., Brent Center, William Percy Library, American Legion, Metcalfe City Hall, Elks Club, Greenville Ind. College, *St. James Episcopal Church, *Italian Club and *Grace Methodist Church Precincts.

     DISTRICT 13

     Sunflower County:  All.

     Bolivar County:  East Central Cleveland, Mound Bayou, Winstonville, East Cleveland, Renova, Cleveland Eastsgate, Boyle, Shaw, Choctaw and South Cleveland Precincts.

     FURTHER, amend by striking lines 187 through 199 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     DISTRICT 22

     Humphreys County:  All.

     Sharkey County:  All.

     Bolivar County:  Stringtown, Longshot, West Cleveland and Skene Precincts.

     Washington County:  Glen Allan Health Clinic, Wards Recreation Center, Avon Health Center, Leland Health Department Clinic, Leland Light & Water Plant, Hollandale City Hall, Darlove Baptist Church, Mangelardi Bourbon Store, *St. James Episcopal Church, *Italian Club and *Grace Methodist Church Precincts.

     Yazoo County:  Zion, Eden, Free Run, West Midway, Ward 4, Carter, Holly Bluff and Lake City Precincts.
