AMENDMENT No. 2 TO AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1794

                             By Senator(s) Kirby

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 33:

None of the funds appropriated under Section 1 or 2 shall be expended to provide services for any recipient who has attained the age of twenty-one (21) and has not attained the age of fifty-nine (59) who has not requalified for Medicaid services on or before June 30, 2003, except for individuals who have been determined to be disabled for purposes of federal social security disability payments or are otherwise specifically exempt by federal statute or regulation.
