     AMEND BY STRIKING THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE BEGINNING ON LINE 327:

All sums of money collected as a result of fines levied under this section shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer and shall be expended by the board to defray operating expenses of the board and for no other purpose; provided, however, all such funds shall be subject to audit by the State Auditor.
