                             Senate Bill NO. 2854

                             By Representative(s) Hines

     AMEND on lines 34 and 35 and on lines 90 and 91 by deleting the language "In any case involving a termination or a suspension of ten (10) or more calendar days of an employee," and by converting the case of the letter "i" in the word "if".

     AMEND further the title on line 6 by deleting the phrase "IN CERTAIN CASES".
