                             House Bill NO. 1833

                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND on lines 147 and 148 by striking the language "are either originating in any other state or terminating" and inserting in lieu thereof the language "originate in one (1) state and terminate"  

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 9 by striking the language "EITHER ORIGINATE OR TERMINATE OUTSIDE THIS STATE" and inserting in lieu thereof the language "ORIGINATE IN ONE STATE AND TERMINATE IN ANY OTHER STATE"
