     AMEND by inserting the following after line 218 and by relettering the subsequent subparagraphs:

                   "D.  A highway segment along or near Mississippi 25 beginning at U.S. 45 Alternate and extending northeasterly to or near Aberdeen."

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 6 by inserting the following after the semicolon:  "TO ADD A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI 25 TO THE FOUR-LANE HIGHWAY PROGRAM;"
