AMENDMENT No. 2 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 1531

                             By Representative(s) Warren

     AMEND on line 34 by inserting immediately after the word "year" a comma and the language "beginning in the school year that commences during the year the child attains the age of six (6) years".

     AMEND FURTHER on line 40 by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word "and".

     AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following after line 40:

               (iii)  If the child's birthday occurs during the school year, who has not completed the school year during which the child attains the age of seventeen (17) years.

     AMEND FURTHER the TITLE on line 4 by inserting striking the semicolon and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "AND THOSE STUDENTS WHO TURN SEVENTEEN YEARS OF AGE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR,".
