                             By Representative(s) Moody

     AMEND by deleting lines 17 and 18 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

          "(c)  When there is a potential risk of fetal malformation due to genetics, abnormal development, maternal fetal disease, pharmacologic agents or other agents, which may be incompatible with sustaining life."
