AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 950

                             By Representative(s) Holland, Young

     AMEND by striking the subsection designation "(1)" on line 5.

     AMEND FURTHER by striking lines 9 through 17 in their entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:  "cemeteries in the county.  For the purposes of this section the term "historic cemeteries" means cemeteries that are at least fifty (50) years old."
