                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND on line 297 by inserting the words "and amended" after the word "reenacted"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 333 by inserting the following after the period:  "However, service as a member of the Public Health and Welfare Committee of either house of the Mississippi Legislature shall meet the continuing education requirements imposed by this chapter or regulations of the board for renewal of a license under this chapter."

     AMEND FURTHER the title by inserting the following after the semicolon on line 3:  "TO AMEND REENACTED SECTION 73-10-21, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEE OF EITHER HOUSE OF THE MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATURE SHALL MEET THE CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF A DIETETICS LICENSE;"
