                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND line 20 by placing a comma after the word "retired" and inserting the following new language:

provided that the governing authority of any city which had adopted such retirement system or disability and relief fund under Articles 1, 3 or 5 and that wishes to reemploy in the same city any retiree of such fund shall adopt a resolution acknowledging the fiscal impact of such action on the fund and approving said action.
