AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO

                             House Bill NO. 572

                             By Representative(s) Fredericks

     AMEND on page 28 by deleting all the language beginning after the period on line 927 through the period on line 929 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: 

"Monetary penalties collected by the board under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund of the State Treasury.  Any monies collected for assessment of costs by the board shall be deposited into the special fund of the board."

     AMEND FURTHER on page 30 by inserting the following language after the word "board" on line 1019: ", except monetary penalties collected under Section 73-9-61,"

     AMEND FURTHER on page 39 by deleting all the language beginning after the period on line 1307 through the period on line 1309 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: 

"With the exception of subsection (4)(d) of this section, monetary penalties collected by the board under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund of the State Treasury.  Any monies collected by the board under subsection (4)(d) of this section shall be deposited into the special fund operating account of the board."

     AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting all the language beginning after the second word "LICENSES" on line 55 through the word "FUND" on line 57; by deleting all the language beginning after the comma on line 63 through the comma on line 64; and by deleting all the language beginning after the comma on line 77 through the second word "AND" on line 78
