     AMEND by deleting lines 33 and 34 in their entirety.

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 6 by striking the language "EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL" and inserting in lieu thereof "DELETE THE REPEALER".

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 7 by deleting the language "FROM JULY 1, 2002, to JULY 1, 2003.
