                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND on lines 349 and 350 by deleting the semicolon and the following language:   "* * * Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this act shall stand repealed from and after July 1, 2003"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on line 7 by striking the language "EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL" and inserting in lieu thereof "DELETE THE REPEALER"

     AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 9 and 10 by deleting the language "FROM JULY 1, 2001, TO JULY 1, 2003"
