                             By Representative(s) Committee

     AMEND by inserting the following language after line 41:

     "(6)  This section shall be repealed from and after June 30, 2003."

     AMEND further the title on line 3 by inserting after the word "TAX" the language "AND TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH SECTION SHALL BE REPEALED FROM AND AFTER JUNE 30, 2003"
