     AMEND lines 106 and 283 by inserting the following before the word "fill":

     "wood chips, wood shavings, sawdust,"

     AMEND FURTHER, the title, by inserting the following after the semicolon on line 5:

"TO INCLUDE WOOD CHIPS, WOOD SHAVINGS AND SAWDUST IN THE TYPES OF PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE HAULED IN VEHICLES FOR WHICH THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MAY ISSUE HARVEST PERMITS;"
