REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. SPEAKER AND MADAM PRESIDENT:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
H. B. No. 1442: Railroads; crossings not required for certain plantation roads (MAS).
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the Senate recede from its Amendment No. 1.
2. That the House and Senate adopt the following amendment:
AMEND line 41 by placing the following after the word "roads":
"and all necessary or proper stock-gaps and cattle guards,"
AMEND further on line 41 by placing a comma after the word "crossings" and inserting the following thereafter"
"stock-gaps and cattle guards"
AMEND further on line 41 by deleting the word "immediately"
