AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF GREENVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE TO MYZ CHARITIES, INC./DELTA FOOD BANK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The governing authorities of the City of Greenville, Mississippi, may, in their discretion, donate from any available funds a sum of money not to exceed Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) per fiscal year to MYZ/Charities, Inc./Delta Food Bank.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
