AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAWRENCE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO MAINTAIN DRIVEWAYS, BUS TURNAROUNDS AND PARKING AREAS FOR THE LAWRENCE COUNTY HEAD START PROGRAM CENTERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lawrence County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may provide services to maintain driveways, bus turnarounds and parking areas for the Lawrence County Head Start Program Centers.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
